Como Preparar Pavê de Mousse de Bombom
Cooking a delicious Pavê-mousse de Bombom is easier than you think! Follow this simple recipe and enjoy this sweet treat.
- Ingredients:
- 20 bombons
- 3 claras de ovos
- 1 xícara de açúcar
- 5 colheres de sopa de leite
Start by melting the 20 bombons in a bowl over simmering water. Make sure to stir occasionally until they are fully melted and smooth.
- Making the Mousse:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the 3 claras de ovos and 1 xícara de açúcar. Continue beating until soft peaks form.
- Slowly add the 5 colheres de sopa de leite to the mousse mixture while continuing to beat until well combined.
Once you have your bombom batter ready, spread it in an even layer into a mold or any container of your choice. Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Assembly:
- After freezing, remove the pavê from the mold and slice it into portions.
- Pour the mousse mixture over each piece of pavê to create a beautiful contrast in texture and color.
- Once all is assembled, return it to the freezer for another 2 hours or until completely set.
